Affected Platforms: Both the Cyberplus mobile app and the website are experiencing heavy instability today.
🛠️ Workarounds & Fixes
Since this is largely a server-side issue, you cannot “fix” it yourself, but you can try these workarounds to access your money:
1. Try the Desktop Website (Browser)
While the mobile app is down, the website (banquepopulaire.fr) is sometimes more stable.

Important: If you get an error on the site, Clear your Browser Cache.

Chrome: Press
Ctrl + Shift + Delete> Clear “Cached images and files.” -
Safari: Menu > Clear History.

Then try logging in again.

2. Do NOT Uninstall the App Yet

Warning: If you uninstall the app now, you will lose your Secur’Pass activation.

Because the servers are struggling, you might be unable to reactivate Secur’Pass (it requires an SMS code + bank card validation, which are also buggy right now). Only reinstall if you are 100% stuck and have your physical bank card with you.
3. Check for “Simultaneous Connection”
If you share an account (e.g., a joint account) and someone else is logged in, Banque Populaire’s system often throws a “Technical Error” instead of saying “User already logged in.” Ensure no one else is using the account.
4. Specific Error Codes

Error CLI329: This usually appears when trying to make a transfer. This is a specific server timeout. Do not retry the transfer repeatedly; it might go through multiple times once the server catches up. Wait 1-2 hours and check your transaction history first.
Summary:
The servers are overloaded or undergoing emergency maintenance. If your need is not urgent, it is best to wait until tomorrow morning for the services to stabilize.
