Bank of America Health Savings Account: Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), FSAs & HRAs
Manage your account, view your contributions and payment history, and securely store your receipts online.
- Go to the profile tab to verify your email, mailing address and phone number so we can reach you if needed. If your account is through your employer, updates to your mailing address may need to be made through your benefits department.
- Set up your direct deposit information. After you’ve linked your bank account, you’ll receive distributions electronically without the hassle of paper checks, and you also can easily make contributions to your HSA.
- Enroll in investments.
- Designate your beneficiaries and dependents.
- Request a debit card for your dependents. You’ll need to have their dates of birth and social security numbers handy.
- Complete your Authorization Form to allow others to contact Customer Care or make transactions on your account.
- Update your notification preferences. Tell us how you’d prefer to receive your account information. You can also sign up for text alerts for some notifications.
- Visit the Learn tab to view all the detailed information you need to manage your account,including interest rates for your HSA.

- Your debit card will be coming in the mail soon! Be sure to activate the card so you can start using it immediately.
