To apply for a Ashley Stewart Credit Card account you must meet the legal age requirements of your state or territory and have a U.S. mailing address including street, rural route or APO/FPO (we’re unable to accept P.O. Box mailing addresses). To apply in-store, you must present a valid government issued photo ID. In-store and online applications also require a valid government-issued Taxpayer Identification Number, such as an SSN or SIN.

How do I change my payment due day?
You’ll be able to choose from a list of available days during each month for your credit card account. Once you choose a new day, it can take up to two statements for the changed due day to be reflected.
I forgot my password. How can I update or change the password?
If you forget your password, we can send you an e-mail to your account’s email address to assist you. If you would like to do that now, please follow the instructions below:
- 1. Click on “LOGIN” located in the top navigation bar.
- 2. Directly under the password field is a link that says “Forgot your password?”.
- 3. You will be taken to the forgotten password screen, where you will be prompted to enter your email address.
- 4. Enter your email address and click the “SEND” button.
- 5. We will send you an email with a temporary password. For security purposes, your original password will be reset by our system.
- 6. Click on the link in the email you receive.
- 7. You will be required to enter your new password.
- 8. Click on the “LOGIN” in the header once more and login using your new password. You can now shop as you normally would.
