You can login to Enriching Students by means of a username (email address) and password or you can use Google Login authentication.

Login Credentials

The email address associated with your account is your username.  If you don’t know the email associated with the account, you can contact your school’s Enriching Students administrator for this information.

Your login credentials are provided by means of an email.

If you need your credentials sent to you, you can contact your school’s Enriching Students administrator.

Enriching Students Authentication

If you choose to use Enriching Students authentication, the application manages the entire login process.  Your password can be reset using Enriching Students and you use the email that is stored in Enriching Students as your username.

Google Login

The Process

If the email associated with your Enriching Students account matches one of your Google email addresses, you can use it to login to Enriching Students and by-pass the need to remember another username and password.

While at the login screen, you can click the “Sign in with Google” button.  This will allow you to submit your email and password to Google for verification.  If Google verifies your email and password combination, then you will gain access to the system.

Choosing the Right Google Account

While you can use Google to sign in to Enriching Students, the email address that you use must match the one associated with your account in Enriching Students.  

For example, in the image below, 2 Gmail accounts are available for selection.  Even though Google can verify either of them, I would need to select the email account that matches the email stored in Enriching Students.

The email address associated with your Enriching Students account is also your username.  If you don’t know the email associated with the account, you can contact your school’s Enriching Students administrator for this information.

Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset email by means of a link in the Logon page.  Click on the “Forgot Password?” button and you will be prompted for the email address associated with the account.

After submitting the email address, you will be returned to the login page and will see a verification in the upper left corner that a reset email was sent to the address provided.

Note: While forgetting a password or username is the most common reason for login issues, it is also possible to lock-out an account due to 3 failed login attempts. (See Account Locked-Out)

Forgot Username or Account Email

There is no provision for resetting your account email.

If you have forgotten you username (account email), you can contact your school’s Enriching Students administrator for assistance.

Account Locked-Out

After 3 failed login attempts, the account associated with the username is locked.  This means that even if the correct password is used, login will not be possible until the account lock is released and the account is reset. (Note: For security reason, there is not notification of account lock-out)

Simply contact the Enriching Students administrator for your school, and they can reset the account.

There is no need to change your password, although this can be done at any time.
