Amazon Credit Card Payment Online

You can make payments for your Amazon credit card bill by any of the following methods. UPI: Using existing UPI handle (including Amazon Pay UPI), simply pay to ccpay.XXXX@icici with XXXX replaced by your 16-digital credit card number.

You can pay your credit card bills on the website www.amazon.in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (“Website”).

How to pay for your credit card bill?

You can make payments for your credit card bill by any of the following methods:

• UPI: Using existing UPI handle (including Amazon Pay UPI), simply pay to ccpay.XXXX@icici with XXXX replaced by your 16-digital credit card number

• From ICICI bank accounts: o Internet Banking: Login to your ICICI Bank Account and pay your overdues

o iMobile app: Make payments by logging in to ICICI Bank iMobile app

o ATM: Just swipe your ICICI Bank debit card at ICICI Bank ATM, go to More options and pay your Credit Card overdue

• From other bank accounts:

o NEFT: Make your ICICI Bank Credit Card payments through NEFT from your non-ICICI bank Internet Banking facility. Use your 16-digit Credit Card number as account number and IFSC code (ICIC0000103) for registering your card as the payee for fund transfer.

How to pay bill for Amazon ICICI credit card?

You can pay your outstanding bill for Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card via methods including Amazon.in app and or via ICICI Netbanking / iMobile app.

(a) Amazon.in app: You can pay your outstanding bill from the Amazon Pay ICICI card dashboard. You can access it from here on your app.

(b) ICICI Bank account: Login into your ICICI Banking App or Net-banking portal and go to CreditCards -> Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card -> Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card Bill.

How will I get the Personal Identification Number (PIN) for the card?

The PIN will be sent through SMS on your registered mobile number. You can also generate your PIN by using any one of the following options:

a) Using Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) by calling our toll-free number 1800 102 0123/ 1860 120 7777.

b) Using iMobile app (Go to Services & Aadhar > Card Services > Generate Credit Card PIN).

c) Log in to Internet Banking > Generate PIN > Credit Card PIN > Generate Now.

How can I apply for Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card?

1. Go to Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card page and click on Apply Now. 
2.  Follow the on-screen instructions to apply for the card.

Note: In case you have an existing relationship with ICICI Bank, you will continue to have ownership of your older ICICI Bank Credit Card, post approval of the Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card.

How do I activate my Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card?

1. Go to Amazon Pay ICICI Card dashboard and click on Card Controls.
2. Enter OTP and enable online transactions. Click on Confirm Changes and verify OTP again.

You can add your Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card while shopping on Amazon.in. You have to provide consent to save your card while paying through your card on Amazon.in.
