The “Unable to connect to login server” error in Aion 2 is currently a widespread issue caused by strict IP blocking implemented by NCSoft shortly after the game’s launch in Korea and Taiwan (November 2025).

If you are trying to play from outside those two regions (e.g., from the US or Europe), the game will automatically block your connection.

  2. Search for “Aion 2” inside the app.

  3. Select Taiwan (recommended) or Korea as your server region.

2. The “Purple” Region Conflict
