Your TV service provider is the source of any messages informing you that you lack permission, need to re-authenticate, or that an authentication issue occurred. If this is the case, it’s likely because the channels you need are not part of the provider’s basic package. Accessing protected content on the A&E apps and/or website requires a subscription to A&E on television, which you cannot get if your current service package just includes internet or if you have a TV package but A&E is not featured in the TV channel list.
