Where can I find my activation code?

Your unique activation code is located on the sample collection tube. The code is a combination of 15 numbers and letters. (You don’t need to enter the hyphens). You can also find your activation code on the sample tube packaging, and in the instruction booklet for your kit. NOTE: If you ordered more than one test, please make sure you activate the code for your DNA sample.
