Ultra Wristband | Activation Tips : How do I Activate my Ultra Wristband?

You can activate your Ultra Wristband by Login to your Ultra Passport account and Enter your Item ID into the wristband activation form. Then Click ACTIVATE WRISTBAND to confirm.

Ultra Music Festival is a three-day electronic music festival in Downtown Miami, Florida.

1. Friday: 4:00PM – 12:00AM
   
2. Saturday: 12:00PM – 12:00AM
   
3. Sunday: 12:00PM – 10:00PM (all times ET)

Ultra Music Festival is an event for those 18 years of age and older ONLY.

Age Requirements:

• 18+ to gain entry
• 21+ to drink alcohol, ID Required
• VIP tickets require age 21+ for entrance.

Important Wristband Information:

• You may only activate one wristband to your Ultra Passport account.
• Your wristband can only be activated once.
• You must activate your wristband to earn Ultra Passport points
• Once activated, add cashless to your wristband to make quick and easy payments for food, drinks, and merchandise!

How do I activate my wristband?

1. Log in to your Ultra Passport account. If you don’t have an account, you can enroll below.
2. Locate the 7 or 8 character Item ID found on the back of your wristband.
3. Enter your Item ID into the wristband activation form found below.
4. Click ACTIVATE WRISTBAND to confirm.

When you arrive at Will Call Pick Up, you will need to bring the email with your order confirmation and barcode (Subject Line: Your Ultra Music Festival Receipt – Order #XXXXXXX) along with a valid form of identification that matches the name on the order. Without these items, you may be denied entry to the event and no refund will be issued.

(On Biscayne Blvd between NE 4th St, and NE 5th St.)

If you are a GA Ticket holder, please look for the ONLINE GA WILL CALL tent at Public Parking Lot 19-1. The sign for ONLINE GA WILL CALL will be in YELLOW.

If you are a Premium GA Ticket holder, please look for the ONLINE PGA WILL CALL tent at Public Parking Lot 19-1. The sign for ONLINE PGA WILL CALL will be in PURPLE.

VIP Will Call Location:

East End of Chopin Plaza Across from the Intercontinental Hotel

If you are a VIP Ticket holder, please look for the VIP WILL CALL tent at the east end of Chopin Plaza. The sign for VIP WILL CALL will be in RED.
