To activate your Ulta Beauty Rewards Credit Card, you can use the online portal or call the automated phone line.


Method 1: Online Activation (Fastest)

This is the standard method provided by Comenity Capital Bank (the card issuer).

  1. Go to the Ulta Beauty Rewards Card Activation Page.

  2. Enter the required card information:

    • Credit Card Account Number

    • Expiration Date

    • Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN)

    • ZIP Code

  3. Click Continue and follow the prompts to set up your online account credentials.


Method 2: By Phone

Call the specific number for your card type. You can usually find this number on a sticker attached to the front of your new card.

  4. This will redirect you to the Comenity Bank login/activation portal where you can input your card details.

How do I add my Ultamate Rewards® Mastercard to Apple Pay on my mobile device?

You can easily add your credit card to Apple Pay by following these steps:

1. Open the Apple Wallet app and select the + symbol in the upper-right corner.

2. Add your Ultamate Rewards® Mastercard by scanning it using your phone’s camera, then follow the device prompts.

3. Your Ultamate Rewards® Mastercard can be accessed through Wallet, or you can double-tap the power button until your card appears. Till a checkmark appears, keep holding your phone close to the reader screen.
