Activate Suenos Wristband 2024 : Ticket and Wristband Activation – Suenos Music Festival
To activate your Suenos Wristband 2024 , enter your Suenos wristband ID number (located on the inside of your wristband) and contact info to activate. Wristband activation ensures a smooth process when entering the festival each day and allows you to add emergency contact information to your wristband.
To activate your Suenos Music Festival wristband, follow these steps:
- Locate Your Wristband ID: Check the inside of your wristband for the unique wristband ID number.
- Wristband Activation:
- Visit the Wristband Activation page on the Suenos Music Festival support website.
- Enter your wristband ID number and any additional contact information required.
- This activation ensures a smooth process when entering the festival each day and allows you to add emergency contact details to your wristband.
Remember that wristbands are non-transferable and must be worn securely on your wrist for entry into the festival. Enjoy the music and have a fantastic time at Suenos Music Festival!

VIP Wristbands
Will Call
If your Suenos wristbands were not mailed to you and are at Will Call, you can pick them up at the Suenos Festival Box Office. Look for the Platinum & VIP Will Call line for expedited service. A government-issued ID is required to verify your order and pick up tickets.
Box Office Location: Outside the Festival entrance on Columbus Drive between Balbo and Ida B Wells.

How to Dress & What to Bring
Dress for comfort and be sure to check the weather forecast before you head out the door. The festival grounds are a combination of paved surfaces, gravel and grass, so choose your footwear accordingly. We recommend a hat and sunglasses, but if you forget anything, the Festival Store has lots of great merchandise offerings!

We’ve compiled this guide to help you take full advantage of everything VIP has to offer. We’ve also included general festival details. Parking
Millennium Garages is situated beneath Grant Park, Millennium Park & Maggie Daley Park which makes it the most convenient garage to park at when attending Sueños Festival. Our four garages consist of Millennium Lakeside Garage, Millennium Park Garage, Grant Park South & Grant Park South.
Daily Parking – subject to change
Purchase online and receive 24-hour parking for just $20.00. Your parking pass will be valid at all four garages.
Parking Tip: Avoid traffic congestion and possible road closures by parking at Millennium Lakeside Garage which has easy access on/off of DuSable Lake Shore Drive. The entrance to Millennium Lakeside Garage is located at 5 South Columbus Drive between Randolph & Monroe
Ticket and Wristband Policy
- All wristbands will be mailed.
- All sales are FINAL – no refunds and no exchanges.
- If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry.
- Wristbands MUST be worn securely on wrist for entry into the Festival and cannot be slipped on and off.
- Wristbands must be scanned upon exit at the gate in order to re-enter that same day.
- Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
- Do NOT remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry.
- Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of a counterfeited wristband are VOID and will be seized by Festival security staff.
- If your wristband is removed by Festival security/event staff for any reason, it WILL NOT be replaced.
- All Passholders must pass through security and are subject to bag inspection. Prohibited items will be confiscated by event staff.
- The festival takes place rain or shine.
- THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS WRISTBAND POLICY.
- If your wristband has been lost, stolen, or damaged, visit the Festival Box Office or Wristband Assistance Tent before entering the festival. There is a $25 wristband replacement fee.
