Activate NAB Card at nab.com.au/activate : Activate your new NAB Card and Set your PIN

To activate your new NAB Card, Login into nab.com.au/activate on your device. Tap Cards in the bottom menu. Your new card will say ‘Activate’. Tap the card. To activate your card, tap Activate card.

There’s just one thing to be aware of – you’ll need to be registered for SMS Security to activate your card and set your PIN via the NAB app and NAB Internet Banking.

You can easily activate your new card in the NAB app or NAB Internet Banking.

To activate your NAB card, follow these steps:

📲 Activate via NAB Mobile App

1. Open the NAB App:
   Download or open the NAB app on your phone. If you haven’t installed it yet, you can find it on Google Play (for Android) or the App Store (for iOS).

2. Sign in to your account:
   Use your NAB ID and password to log into the app. If you don’t have a NAB ID, you can create one via the app.

3. Go to the “Cards” section:
   Once logged in, navigate to the “Cards” section within the app.

4. Select your new card:
   Your new card will appear in the list of accounts. Tap on the card you want to activate.

5. Activate the card:
   Follow the on-screen instructions to activate the card. You’ll be asked to verify your identity, either by using your PIN, face ID, or other security methods.

6. Complete the process:
   After successful activation, you should receive a confirmation message, and your card will be ready to use.

📞 Activate via Phone (NAB Customer Service)

1. Call NAB’s Activation Line:
   Call 1300 365 111 (within Australia) or the international line +61 3 8641 9083 if you’re overseas.

2. Follow the prompts:
   You’ll be prompted to enter the last 4 digits of your NAB card and your personal details to verify your identity.

3. Complete Activation:
   After the process is complete, you should receive confirmation that your card has been activated.

🌐 Activate via NAB Website

1. Visit NAB’s Online Activation Page:
   Go to the NAB Online Activation Portal at NAB Card Activation (login required).

2. Enter Card Details:
   Enter your card number, expiry date, and other requested details.

3. Verify Identity:
   Complete any verification steps, such as entering a one-time passcode sent to your registered phone number.

4. Activate the Card:
   Once completed, you’ll get a confirmation message, and your card will be active.

🏧 Activate via ATM

1. Insert Your Card into an NAB ATM:
   Go to any NAB ATM and insert your new card.

2. Enter Your PIN:
   Enter the PIN you received with your new card (or set a new PIN if required).

3. Choose “Activate Card” Option:
   Select the “Activate” option and complete the process.

4. Receive Confirmation:
   You should receive an on-screen confirmation, and your card will now be activated.
