New cards can only be activated over the phone. To ensure your security, please call the toll-free activation number printed on the sticker affixed to your new card within 14 days after you receive your credit card in the mail.

You’ll be unable to use your new credit card for purchases or other transactions until you activate it by calling toll-free activation number. Additionally, your account may be automatically closed if your card is not activated within 14 days after you receive it in the mail.

How do I enroll in AutoPay?

To enroll in AutoPay, sign in to your account online and click on ‘Pay Bill’ in the top menu bar.

Then, next to ‘AutoPay’ click ‘Set Up’. If you have more than one account, select an account from the ‘Pay To’ selector. Then, select your payment account from the ‘Pay From’ selector.

Choose whether you would like to pay your Minimum Payment or Last Statement Balance, then click ‘Continue’.

Confirm the details you selected are correct and click ‘Confirm’ to finish setting up AutoPay.

You will receive a confirmation notice with the start date of your first automatic payment.

Note that if you set up AutoPay within 4 days of your Payment Due Date, you will need to pay at least your Minimum Payment for that month using a one-time payment to avoid a late fee.

How do I cancel AutoPay?

To cancel your enrollment in AutoPay, sign in to your account online and click on ‘Pay Bill’ in the top menu bar. Click the down arrow next to ‘AutoPay: On’ and then click ‘Cancel AutoPay’. You will see a confirmation screen if the cancellation was successful. Please note that any Pending payments cannot be cancelled.

How do I know that Credit One Bank received my documentation?

When you submit a form online, your information and any files you choose to upload will be securely transmitted to our Customer Service team. You will be presented with a confirmation receipt that includes a case number. We recommend that you print this receipt for future reference. You may also view your case history by selecting the ‘Case History’ tab on the main ‘Forms & File Uploads’ page.
