Activate Love to Shop Card : Activate & Register Love2shop Cards

If you received your new Love to Shop Card, it needs to be activated by login on to the website https://www.love2shop.co.uk/login. To activate your card you’ll need to register and open a Love2shop account where you’ll get these great benefits:

• View your balance & activity.

• View an accurate where to spend list (Based on your card or e-code).

• Report a lost or stolen card.

• Get exclusive offers and deals.

You are required to activate your card by registering your details online prior to use. Click here to register. To register to set up an online flexecash account you will need to provide us with the following information: full name, address, postal code, date of birth, valid mobile telephone number and email address.

Please send a copy of your ID to in**@lo*******.uk including the last 13 digits of your card number.

Not all cards require a PIN, however if a PIN is required to activate you will be prompted during the activation process. If you are prompted for a PIN and you don’t have one, please refer to your card provider.

As you may be aware, flexecash is the pre-paid card platform that issues the Love2shop Card and this facility is provided by Park Card Services who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, who regulate the financial services industry in the UK, to issue electronic money. In order to comply with the Money Laundering Regulations we are required to perform an identity check.

Unfortunately, following your recent request to activate or top up your Love2shop Card, we have been unable to perform an automated identity check and require further verification. So that we can complete the required checks we shall be grateful if you will send us (Please be aware these need to be full images of the documents and in colour)

• a) one proof of identification which shows your full name and date of birth, and
• b) a separate proof of identification which shows your full name and residential address or
• c) if you do have a full valid photocard driving license this will suffice as evidence of both a & b

We require only copies of identification documents, so please do not send originals. Suitable forms of identification are listed below:

Proof of Name & Date of Birth

• • Valid passport
  • Valid photo card driving license (full or provisional)
  • National Identity Card
  • Firearms certificate or shotgun license
  • Identity card issued by Electoral Office for Northern Ireland
  • Residence permit
  • Birth Certificate

Proof of Name & Residential Address

• Recent evidence of entitlement to benefits (within the last 3 months)
• Utility bill dated within the last 3 months (not printed from the internet and must be a statement not a letter)
• Current UK bank or credit card statement (not printed from the internet, if you get this from your branch please ensure they stamp this for you) Council Tax (Current year only)
• Mortgage/Tenancy Agreement (from a local authority) – within 3 months
• Marriage Certificate (within 3 months)
