Activate Cricket Login Code on TV : Activate Your Cell Phone Service Today | Cricket Wireless
If you ordered Cricket service online at cricketwireless.com, you’ll need to activate your service online by login into ricketwireless.com/activate.
1. Insert your SIM card BEFORE you activate.
2. Locate your order number and phone number. You can find both items in your order confirmation email or on your packing slip.
Note: Your service may be automatically activated within 8 days of shipping for new lines with new phone numbers.
Types of Online Orders
- New customer orders: phone & plan, SIM card & plan, or multi-line orders
- Current customer orders: add a line, phone upgrade, or replacement SIM card
If you are a new Cricket customer who ordered multiple lines of service, you will activate the whole account at the same time.
- Be sure to insert the correct SIM card into each of your phones before you activate.
- Enter any phone number on the account along with your order number.
Add a Line Orders
If you’re adding a new line to your account, you must activate this line before you can order another new line.
Phones or SIM Cards Not Purchased at Cricketwireless.com
If you bought your phone or SIM card at a non-Cricket retailer such as Amazon, Walmart, or Target, you’ll use a different process to activate your service.
Cricket Wireless Activate
Activation is easy! Answer a few questions then enjoy your new Cricket service. You will need your order number and any phone number associated with your order.
Step 1: Please select the Device Type – Apple, Android or both.
Step 2: Now Insert your SIM card into your device.
Note: Some iPhones already have a SIM card installed. If you received a SIM card kit with your Cricket device or are using an iPhone you already own, you will need to insert a SIM card.
Step 3: Turn on your device.
Step 4: Now Select your Purchase Location – Cricket or Another Retailer
Step 5: You recently purchased your device or SIM card directly from Cricket (in-store or online).
What you should know: If you purchased your device in-store, you must activate in the store. If you purchased your device by calling Cricket Customer Care, you must also call to activate.
You recently purchased your device or SIM from another retailer outside of a Cricket store or the Cricket website such as Amazon, Wal-Mart, Target, etc.
Step 6: Now Select Existing Customer or New Customer.
Step 7: If you already have Cricket service and you are adding one or more lines to your account, you will need:
- Your Username
- Your Password
- Account PIN
Step 8: If you select New Customer then add Order Number and Cricket Phone Number.
Step 9: Click on Activate Button. The Device will be activated quickly.
