Log in with your Citi® online account credentials. If you don’t have an account, click “Register for Online Access.”
Follow the prompts to enter your card information and complete the activation.
🔹 By Phone
Call 1-800-950-5114 (Citi’s customer service number)
Follow the automated prompts or speak to a representative to activate your card.
🔹 Mobile App
Download the Citi Mobile® App (available on iOS and Android).
Log in or register.
Tap the card and follow the activation instructions.
