To activate Card Bank of the West, login into online.bankofthewest.com or by calling 1-866-269-2327, TTY 1-800-659-5495, Mon–Fri 7 am–5 pm PT. Outside the U.S., call 1-808-842-3100.
You can apply online for our Cash Back and Platinum Mastercards by going to Compare Credit Cards and clicking “Apply Now” next to the card you want. Alternatively you can apply by calling 1-866-269-2327, TTY 1-800-659-5495, Mon–Fri 7 am–5 pm PT. To apply for the Secured Credit Card, visit your local branch.
