Activate is Canada’s first active gaming facility! Assemble your team and enter inside a video game like experience, where you become the players to physically and mentally complete challenges.

The cost of admission is $25 plus tax per person, with a minimum of 3 paid admissions per booking*. This includes 75 minutes of gameplay and access to the full facility.

*As a bubble-friendly option, we have temporarily suspended the minimum of 3 paid admissions for groups of two. This is subject to change.

How many people do I need?

A minimum group of 3 people is needed to play at Activate.

Games are played in groups of 3-5. When you book, please ensure to read the booking information to ensure you are correctly booking for the number of players you are expecting on the day of your event.

Groups of 2 are allowed to play at Activate, however a minimum of 3 paid admissions per booking is required*. Games are designed for a minimum of 3 people, so expect this experience to be more challenging.

How do I Book?

Booking is available in person, online, and over the phone. To see a list of all available openings, please visit the location page nearest to you. A deposit is required to finalize your booking.

Please ensure to book for the amount of people coming to play on the day of your experience!

How much is a deposit?

A deposit of $5 per player is required to book. Your deposit can be used towards your admission in full, or refunded on the day of your booking. The deposit is simply to reserve your spot.

If your booking numbers have changed, please call or email our facility. If more than 2 booked players do not attend, part of your deposit will be forfeited.

The Activate experience includes 75 minutes of gameplay. Please plan on being in the facility for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes to accommodate payment, sign-in, etc. At this time, adding additional time will be based on availability and is not a guarantee.

Refund

If the number of people you book to play has changed, please call or email our facility to update your booking. If more than 2 booked players do not attend, part of your deposit will be forfeited.

To ensure that players do not come to Activate when they are not feeling well, we have temporarily suspended our cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your booking, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, your deposit will be kept on file to use at a later date. If you do not reach out before the start of your booking, your deposit will be forfeited. Please reach out to us if the number of people you have booked for has changed as failing to do so could result in a loss of part of your deposit.
