Activate is the world’s first active gaming facility, where you’ll play arcade-style games by actually jumping, climbing, and dodging. You and your group of 3-5 will move freely between eleven interactive rooms, choosing games that challenge your agility, problem solving, and speed. Dive through lasers. Climb glowing walls. Effective September 3rd (Winnipeg) and September 22nd (Burlington), in line with provincial legislation, customers will be required to provide proof of full immunization by showing their vaccine card or by having their vaccine QR code scanned. Other forms of proof may also be accepted for out of province customers.

Children ages 11 and under who are not eligible to be vaccinated will be able to play at Activate with a fully immunized adult. Proof of full immunization is required for anyone ages 12 and up.

Activate is committed to creating a safe environment for all.

Wristbands will be thoroughly disinfected before being used again. Cleaning will be happening regularly throughout the day.

Provincial mask mandates are being upheld by our locations. Effective August 28th, masks are required to be worn, unless participating in physical activity inside our games rooms. Masks must be worn in all other areas.

Activate reserves the right to ask COVID prescreening questions to ensure all are safe during their experience in our facility. Contact tracing details will be obtained for each group and possibly each participate, depending on provincial regulations.

If groups are not following the measures outlined, they will be asked to leave the facility without refund of their time.

Price to Participate

The cost of admission is $22 tax included per person in Manitoba and $25 plus tax in Ontario, with a minimum of 3 paid admissions per booking*. This includes 75 minutes of gameplay and access to the full facility.

*As a bubble-friendly option, we have temporarily suspended the minimum of 3 paid admissions for groups of two. This is subject to change.

Games are played in groups of 3-5. When you book, please ensure to read the booking information to ensure you are correctly booking for the number of players you are expecting on the day of your event.

Groups of 2 are allowed to play at Activate, however a minimum of 3 paid admissions per booking is required*. Games are designed for a minimum of 3 people, so expect this experience to be more challenging.
