ACL Wristband Activation : ACL Festival Wristband Registration and Tickets
Wristband activation ensures a smooth process when entering the festival each day and allows you to add emergency contact information to your wristband. All you need to do is enter your wristband ID number (located on the inside of your wristband) and contact info to activate.
Activate or Edit Your Wristband
1. Locate the 7-digit Item ID on your festival wristband
2. Enter it into the field to get started with your wristband activation
3. Already activated? Enter your activated Item ID into the field below to review and update your wristband details.

2. Once you’re at the fest, just order at any bar or vendor location displaying the Cashless logo, and let them know you are paying with your wristband.3. Then tap your wristband, enter your PIN, and go.

Official ACL Festival Wristband Policy
- Wristbands will be mailed in advance of the festival.
- All sales are FINAL – no refunds and no exchanges.
- Only wristbands purchased through Front Gate Tickets are valid.
- If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry.
- Wristbands MUST be worn securely on wrist and cannot be slipped on and off.
- Wristbands must be scanned upon exit at the gate in order to re-enter that same day; you may re-enter up to 2 times per day
- Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
- Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry.
- Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of a counterfeited wristband are VOID and will be seized by Festival security staff.
- Wristbands that are damaged, lost or stolen can be replaced for the original purchaser, ONE TIME ONLY, for a $25 replacement fee
- THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS WRISTBAND POLICY.
2022 ACL Festival Entry Policy
- Bring your Festival Wristband
- If you are unvaccinated, the CDC encourages you to bring and wear a mask
- Please also remember our bag policy – CLEAR BAGS ONLY – and No liquids are allowed to be brought into ACL Festival.
There is no local requirement to provide a Negative COVID-19 test result, Vaccine Card, or Vaccine Record for entry at this event. If you are unvaccinated, the CDC encourages you to bring and wear a mask.
ACL Festival encourages all patrons and staff to look out for each other and not attend the festival if they do not feel well.
I have lost, damaged or tightened my wristband. Can I get a replacement?
Wristband replacement is subject to verification of the order. If you need a replacement, please bring your wristband, order confirmation and government-issued ID to the Box Office.
Please note there is a $25 wristband replacement fee.
