To login into Credit Card Account Access, go to acgcardservices.com and enter your Personal ID. You will be asked for your Password after you enter your Personal ID and click the Next button.
ID Shield is a new security feature designed to help us recognize you when you log in to view your credit card information and for you to recognize your credit card Online Account Access site. When you setup ID Shield, you will select and answer three (3) security questions that we may require you to answer when logging in. This helps us verify you.
You will also select an ID Shield image or sound and associate a word or phrase for this image that will be displayed every time you log in. When you see this ID Shield image/sound and phrase, you know that it’s safe to enter your Password and gain access to your credit card account.
The purpose of ID Shield is to help us verify you when you log into the credit card Online Account Access site. In addition, you’ll see the ID Shield image and phrase you selected during setup displayed every time you log back into the site so you can be confident that you are safely logging into view your credit card information.
How do I setup ID Shield and how long will it take?
Setting up ID Shield is easy and only takes approximately five (5) minutes to complete. After you have entered your Personal ID and Password, you will be prompted to begin ID Shield setup. To set up ID Shield you’ll select and answer a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) security questions.
You will select these questions from a list that we display. After you’ve selected and answered your security questions, you will then choose an ID Shield image or sound. You can select this image from a number of unique images we display in specific categories, such as animals, sports and world landmarks. Once you’ve selected your ID Shield image, you are required to enter a word or phrase associated with this image. This word or phrase will display along with your ID Shield Image every time you log into the credit card Online Account Access site.
