Can we install Play Store on Apple phone?
This is the rule of thumb on your question: Google Play Services (Framework, Play Store, Account Manager Play Services) can be installed on any device which runs on the Android OS. So, if your Jio phone does not operate on the Android OS, the answer is no.
The four files I listed, which compose the Google Services backbone, can be downloaded onto your Android device (based on architecture, e.g. arm, arm64, etc.) and installed individually. Unless you are rooted and opt to install these files to /system/priv-apps/, your Google Play Services/Play Store will be installed and run from the /userdata partition of your device and, as such, will not survive a factory data reset.
So, to preserve your Google setup, maintain a backup of the individual core files in case you need to reset your Android device. Also, prior to installing these files, Unknown Sources will need to be enabled in Settings>Security. If there is no play store in your mobile then you can download app externally.You can also download play store externally. I face this problem before in my brother mobile.
So the best option is download the play store from some sites or download the app from browser.
But in jio phone u can’t download play store.
Use jio store.

Their is no way to download play store on Jio phone because its a different platform and playstore can be user only on android platform. For jiophone the application store is pre installed in the phone itself and you can download applications from there
