The message goes static when reading the last digit of the number and tells you to stop paying anything until you call 909-737-5864 back. Thing is the message originally called from 802-491-5730. Have called twice today. It is a scam cause I know I DO NOT have any back taxes or non paid taxes. I am a stickler about that.
