1. I, Richard, have received repeated calls from them. It is vague, threatening & suspicious. Likely a scam. they threaten an ORDER against me in maricopa county superior court if I do not contact them.

I got this voicemail from this number that says “This is a final attempt to assist you with resolving your matter in our office before we approve the status of filing the claim against you out of El Dorado county to avoid the order against your assets, please contact our office immediately at 520-675-1288.”

5. I’ve received several calls from different numbers for this same matter. I block the number and they call from another number I don’t recognize. It’s a typical scam type call where they use scare tactics to get money from you. They pretend to be a debt collector attempting to collect money.

7. Telling me that I have a debt and they are going to file in maricopa county to take my assets. Funny, how I don’t have a debt…

8. Trying to extort money for a debt that I never had. Never heard of the company they say I owe. Said I have made payments for 4 years. BS. Told him it was not me and he got belligerent. They keep leaving messages on my phone while I am at work. Not going to be very nice the next time I actually get the call. I am going to report them to attorney general.
