The 502 Bad Gateway error you are seeing on the UCEED website right now is a result of server overload. Since the results were officially declared today, March 6, 2026, thousands of candidates are hitting the site at the same time, causing the IIT Bombay servers to struggle.
Here is exactly what you should do to get through:
1. The “Hard Refresh” (Most Effective)
Sometimes your browser is stuck on a cached “error” version of the page.

Ctrl + F5. -
Mac: Press
Cmd + Shift + R. -
This forces the browser to bypass its cache and ask the server for a fresh version of the result page.
2. Use the Direct “Candidate Portal” Link
The main homepage (uceed.iitb.ac.in) is often the first to crash. Try going directly to the login sub-domain:

Once there, look for the Login button to enter your email and password.
3. Switch to “Incognito Mode”
Open a New Incognito (or Private) window. This ensures that no old cookies or extensions are interfering with the connection to the IITB server.

If the error persists while others are getting through, your ISP might be struggling with the traffic spike.
