Word
Attack is a very user-friendly game. This is basically a typing tutor. Both kids
and Adults can play it. This game is actually meant to increase the typing speed
of a person. The game starts with alphabets falling from the top of a screen.
The user is supposed to break each character by typing it otherwise it will break
a brick.
After playing
for a particular time it automatically move to the next level. As the level increases
the word length also increases. This makes the user to practice his skills in
typing a word. The computer selects the character randomly. When the user breaks
a brick his score increases by 10. The game will get over when there is no brick
to break.
The game
is developed using the graphical capabilities of the Java language. The exceptions
are handled properly. All main functions are used for the proper working of the
game. The image are loaded using the Media Tracker class for the smooth transition
between the images.
